
I am a yoga instructor, neuroscientist, and the creator of Neuro-Yoga: an approach developed by weaving two decades of neuroscience training into yoga methodology. The result is a practice that goes deeper than movement, one that works directly with the nervous system to support healing, regulation, and real, lasting change.
